I’ve loved Cornwall since I was a child and the cottage you see here is a wonderful place to stay. See the photographs further down the page.

The tiny and ancient town of Lostwithiel is well-located within the county and the perfect base for exploring. That is, if you can tear yourself away from this delightful cottage.

It’s traditionally furnished with typically English cottage-style antiques but has the most gorgeous modern kitchen – perfect for gourmet cooking.

The cottage, although it looks tiny from the outside, is deceptively spacious and sleeps three people.

The bathroom too is fully modernised and there’s a charming patio garden – the perfect place for dining al fresco or simply relaxing. If you don’t want to cook (although I wouldn’t be able to resist in that kitchen) there are several restaurants and pubs that are just a short distance away.

Cornwall has a long and fascinating history and this cottage is the perfect place for a romantic getaway.
