Everyone has a holioday that truly stands out in their minds. For me, it happened many years ago – more years than I’d like to admit. It was a wonderful road trip through Europe (mostly Spain) and into Morocco.
It was an excellent opportunity to explore these two different cultures, see amazing sights and sample local cuisine. I longed to do that trip again but found that with the increased gas prices, plus the expense of hiring a car, it was just too much money to contemplate.
Until now.
Travelling using your own private car (or a rental) can be incredibly expensive so the answer is to ravel by rail and yes, there is a rail tour that almost completely retraces the steps we took on the original vacation.

Rail travel is much more relaxing and luxurious that travelling by car these days. You can sit back and watch the scenery go by as others are stuck in interminabler traffic jams!
